  • operating conditions require increased efficiency and reliability;
  • folding heat exchangers cannot be used due to inconsistencies in its performance and conditions.

Among the features of plate heat exchangers, it is necessary to note the creation of absolute tightness and almost complete absence of pressure loss at the outlet, which is ensured by a one-piece casing and the absence of rubber seals.

Flushing of heat exchange equipment without disassembling

Such flushing in certain cases is especially effective. First of all, it is necessary for heat exchangers of plate, brazed and welded types. In this case, the heating plates are cleaned without replacing the sealing elements and without disassembling the structure itself. During the events, our specialists use special installations consisting of a pump, a tank for chemical solutions, a system of hoses and filters. As for the reagents, in each case they are selected individually. They contain acids (organic, inorganic) that help remove both lime and various biological organisms from the unit. We use exclusively those chemical reagents that have the appropriate certification issued by the sanitary and epidemiological authorities.

If we talk about how to act in practice, then for flushing the heat exchange equipment, special compositions from manufacturing plants or those developed by specialized organizations are usually used. Under the action of such compositions, iron oxides and carbonates are dissolved very quickly.

Flushing chemical solutions must have a high temperature to ensure the effectiveness of the procedure. Carrying out the flushing and cleaning of the equipment without disassembling, our specialists comply with all safety requirements, because during such work it is very important not to allow personnel to receive chemical and thermal burns.
